Technical
• Have Microsoft certifications, preferably MCSA/MCSE, Azure and Office 365
• Have networking certifications such as CCNA or CCNP
• Have experience with servers, storage and other IT infrastructure
• Have experience with virtualisation (VMware, Hyper-V)
• Have experience with Cloud infrastructure and customer migrations
• Have experience with network design, implementation and support
• Have experience with firewall design, implementation and support
• Have a good understanding of databases - SQL Server (Admin, Query and reporting)
• Have experience with scripting (such as VBS, PowerShell, Pearl, PHP etc.)
• Have a good understanding of Service Delivery tools and practices.
• Have a good understanding of, or preferably be certified in ITIL
